Bond and Birches Group launch new partnership to support NGO HR practice and capability
Today, Tuesday 28 January, Bond is pleased to announce a new partnership with Birches Group LLC to support NGO’s organisational development and HR practices.
Birches Group is a global leader in HR consulting, workforce management and pay and reward and the partnership will aim to support Bond’s members in this area.
Over the next year, Bond and Birches will present a range of events and engaging content with a focus on organisational development, salaries, pay scales and benefits within our sector. They will be using their expert knowledge on data collated globally from the sector to advise on best practice in all these areas.
Speaking about the partnership, Bond’s Director of Membership and Communications, Michael Wright said:

This collaboration aims to enhance HR functions across the sector, particularly on compensation management, enabling NGOs to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organisational success.
