Yolaina joined Bond in 2019 as Programme Coordinator to provide support to the Effectiveness and Learning team’s work, which supports the capacity of organisations to help them be fit for purpose and achieve better development outcomes, with particular focus on assisting the funding stream.
Prior to joining Bond, Yolaina worked with Raleigh International as Programme Development Manager for Nicaragua and Costa Rica designing, implementing and monitoring youth-led projects. Working closely with local stakeholders such as community and indigenous leaders, national youth, local organizations and authorities, Yolaina’s work has centred on capacity building development actors.
