Sparkle Richards is a freelance Programme Manager. She is currently working as a project coordinator and leading on the stakeholder engagement and communications strategies at the RINGO Project. RINGO is a systems change initiative that seeks to reimagine the INGO and the role of global civil society to better respond to the challenges of today, and the future.
Sparkle has over 15 years experience working for non-profit organisations in the human rights, social justice and development sectors. A creative thinker and proactive collaborator, she has a keen interest in using storytelling as a tool for advocacy.
