Sarah Armstrong manages Bond’s successful learning and training programme, which spans the areas of safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation, funding, advocacy and projects and programmes. Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in learning & development, including roles at Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation, The Polytechnic of Namibia and VSO Namibia. She started her career in HR in the private sector, and has also worked as an EFL teacher in Spain.
Sarah is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is passionate about lifelong learning, supporting individuals and organisations to learn and grow in all stages and facets of their life. She is Chair of Governors at her local secondary school.
