With around 15 years of operational and programmatic management expertise within international charities, Sadia is currently leading MAITS to build capacity for the carers of disabled children. Holding a master’s degree in human resource management and affiliated as an associate member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), she integrates her knowledge into the not-for-profit sector.
Sadia’s professional journey is diverse. Originally trained as a qualified engineer, she ventured into roles within manufacturing, investment management, and sports businesses before dedicating her skills to the noble cause of charitable work.
Throughout her career, Sadia has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and social change to making a positive difference in the world.
