Rachel is Bond’s Salesforce and Membership adviser focussed on maintaining and developing Bond’s internal CRM, member website and works alongside Bond’s Digital Adviser on additional digital developments. Rachel is also responsible for onboarding new members, maintaining regular contact with existing members and advising on members acquisition and retention.
Rachel has a BA in Translation, Media and Spanish from the University of East Anglia. Rachel also volunteers for the InfoLatinos support network.
