Rachel is policy manager at CBM UK. She was previously policy adviser at Bond and social policy manager at Mothers’ Union, lobbying UK Parliament on a range of issues affecting families; lobbying at the United Nations on gender justice and the SDGs; and facilitating advocacy training and workshops across a number of countries, including Burundi, South Sudan, Uganda and Zambia.
Rachel has also worked in frontline roles in the housing and youth sectors. She has an MA International Studies from the University of Leeds and BA Politics from the University of Essex.
