CollaboratEQ

Nishita Dewan guides organisations as they adapt and align to the realities of 21st-century business. She is the founder of CollaboratEQ, a strategic consultancy that empowers clients in all sectors to foster a culture of continuous learning, build trusted internal networks, and evolve into meaningfully diverse and inclusive workspaces.

Nishita helps boards and business leaders move away from restrictive hierarchical structures and embrace collaborative models that unlock suppressed talent and siloed knowledge. Her work helps organisations translate diversity into a competitive advantage. Through a process of introspection and co-design, Nishita lays the groundwork for sustainable change, resulting in dynamic, fully-connected organisations able to thrive in today’s increasingly complex and rapidly changing landscapes.

Nishita’s professional experience spans over a decade in strategy and operations, working across the US, UK, Asia and the Nordics for organisations including Uber and Amazon. Nishita combines strategy alongside design-thinking and systems-change experience, building her peripheral vision and ability to explore problems from different angles. Now, through CollaboratEQ, she works with clients that align with her skills and values.

Nishita’s clients include the British Academy, the Wellcome Trust, Virgin, the Royal Society of Arts, Nesta and B Corp UK. She has an MBA from INSEAD and holds the position of NED for Spektrix, a SaaS BCorp and Board Trustee for Cockpit Arts, a leading social enterprise which supports 160+ craftspeople in London.
