Nicci Morgan is Senior Global Safeguarding Officer at WaterAid. Nicci has 14 years’ experience in international development with technical safeguarding expertise from within the iNGO sector as well as with the UK’s National Crime Agency. Nicci is an advocate for ensuring trauma informed, survivor centred approaches are applied effectively to safeguarding case management.
