Neelam Dave is the Head of Programme Funding at SOS Children’s Villages UK. She is an experienced programme and grant manager with over 10 years’ experience of working in the international development sector, including in programme development, design, and implementation. At SOS Children’s Villages UK, she leads the development and implementation of the programme funding strategy to maximise funding from trusts, foundations, and statutory funders.
Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages UK, Neelam was part of a core programme team at a leading UK global health programme, managing programmes across Africa, Asia, and South America. She also has experience working on international research projects including at the University of Cambridge, where she contributed to an applied project analysing the role of communication technologies in civil society and governance in seven African countries. She is also a steering committee member for Bond’s working group on Sector Commitments & Roadmap for UK INGO’s.
