Lucy is a consultant who provides training and support on programme performance, accountability, and safeguarding and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse to a range of NGO and UN clients including Oxfam, the Department for International Development, World Vision and CHS Alliance.
Her work in programme performance includes conducting evaluations, advising on monitoring and evaluation systems, and training on humanitarian and development practice. Her accountability experience includes conducting participatory accountability reviews, advising on accountability policy, designing tools and resources for accountability to affected populations and training in complaints handling. She is a high profile contributor in the field of NGO safeguarding, conducting and training others to carry out safeguarding investigations, advising NGOs on safeguarding policy, and speaking at conferences and seminars.
