Lauren has led the Fundraising and Engagement team at Cool Earth since 2019 and has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years, fundraising for a broad range of national organisations across medical, arts, and environmental causes.
Her experience spans a broad range of income streams, including capital appeals, brand development and international fundraising events. Lauren is passionate about rethinking traditional fundraising practices and progressing change for good in organisations.
