Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in international development, from building campaigns and running NGOs, to managing cross-country research projects and advising on high-level strategy and policy. A well-known analyst and commentator, he is an expert on development cooperation, including impact and results, the role of the private sector and sustainability.
Most recently, he was Director, Sustainable Development Research Centre at Ipsos where he was responsible for leading the expansion of global business into the international development sector. Previously, he was Director of Policy and Research at Save the Children and Senior Research Fellow at ODI.
He has also written two books on aid.
