Hamish Crooks has worked in a range of roles from researcher to licensing director at Magnum Photos, and from managing picture products at Reuters to journalism on sport, politics and photography for various publications. He is currently Chair of the Association of Photographers (AOP) and a freelance consultant for film and photo agencies. Hamish’s interest in AI stems in part from his involvement in government lobbying initiatives on issues such as AI and tech platform collective licensing, through the AOP and other creative industries.
