Gabriela Bucher is the President and CEO of the Fund for Global Human Rights, a non-profit organisation supporting grassroots human rights activists and movements around the world. She previously served as Executive Director of Oxfam International and as Chief Operating Officer at Plan International. Gabriela holds a DEA in History and Civilizations from the EHESS in Paris and a BA in Philosophy and Literature from the University of the Andes in Bogota.
