Felicien is Chance for Childhood’s Disability and Inclusion Advisor. He has extensive experience and understanding of disability inclusion programming, having worked with the Government of Rwanda to mobilise resources for the National Council of Persons with Disabilities. He also has experience managing and growing Rwandan CBOs and NGOs and has worked with Handicap International on disability inclusion-related research. He’s been working with Chance for Childhood since 2013, implementing disability inclusion projects across Rwanda & DRC.
