As a member of the Development Finance team, Euan helps translate DI’s research and analysis work into policy proposals by considering how aid and more broadly, development finance, can be best used to reduce poverty and inequality.
Prior to joining DI, Euan was a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Development where he worked on UK development policy; explored development finance from non-DAC providers; and probed aid providers’ response to rules governing how aid is measured. He has also worked as an economist for the Nigerian National Bureau of Statistics, helping to produce and disseminate economic data, and for the UK Office for National Statistics.
