Dominic Vickers has worked with Oxfam for over 25 years and currently helps support programme compliance with the requirements of UK Government Donors. He is committed to the decolonisation of the aid sector to shift power and resources to local and national organisations that are best placed to respond to their communities. Through the Bond Funding Working Group he facilitates conversations in the sector to influence donors and INGOs to change approaches so that they centre and nourish grassroots organisations with effective compliance and core, flexible funding.
Dominic is a qualified teacher and prior to Oxfam he worked as a solicitor.
