Charity Dandak

Charity currently works at FIND as Senior Manager, Resource Mobilization. She previously worked in senior fundraising roles at Sightsavers and WaterAid. She has over 20 years’ experience in international development, over 17 of which were focused in resource mobilization, grant management, partnership development, relationship management, programme development and management. Charity has led the development of successful fundraising strategies and projects funded by a range of bilateral, multilateral, corporate, large trust and foundation donors. She has unique experience of working with donors whilst based both in the global South and the global North enabling her to bring significant field and programme development knowledge to support successful fundraising.
