Cecilia Caio is a senior analyst at Development Initiatives (DI). She leads DI’s research under the Investments to End Poverty programme, which brings together the organisation’s work on poverty and resources to provide data-driven and policy-relevant analysis on how donors can maximize their impact towards poverty eradication.
Prior to joining DI, Cecilia spent three years working at the Ministry of Finance in Guyana – two as an Overseas Development Institute Fellow and one as an independent consultant assisting the government with the drafting of Guyana’s 2015 Millennium Development Goals Progress Report.
