Astrid Korin is an accredited executive and team coach, trainer and facilitator. Prior to starting her own business, she spent 18 years working in education and international development, the latter half in leadership roles. Even before she knew what it was, she fully embraced a coaching style of leadership with her teams, clients and partners, finding it extremely effective in bringing out the best in people. Being a generalist definitely helped her not feel like she had to be the ‘expert’ and allowed her to leverage her curiosity and creativity to enable others to ‘think better together’. Now, as well as offering 1:1 executive and group coaching, she runs training programmes to help organisations that want to create a learning culture that enhances quality and maximises impact.
