Anthea Gordon works for Tearfund overseeing impact and effectiveness within the advocacy and influencing group. She covers a range of teams who do advocacy, campaigning and influencing work both in the UK and globally. She is therefore grappling daily with how to measure impact in this work.
She has a Masters in Research from Bath University and has previously worked for Mokoro Ltd on numerous large scale evaluations for bilaterals and multi-laterals. Anthea lives in London but loves travelling and working in Africa.
