Anna Downie is the Lead for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at Frontline AIDS. She has more than 20 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management working in diverse settings including community organisations in India, the Institute of Development Studies, the NHS and Barnardo’s children’s charity.
