Esmee Russell

Esmee is an empathetic and highly experienced campaigner, who has worked across a range of issues both nationally and internationally to bring about long term sustainable change. This includes leading teams in large NGOs as well as working with civil society groups and coalitions. She provides training and consultancy support around the development of campaigns, including the advocacy cycle and the theory of change, as well as campaign implementation and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
